Problems With Your Mortgage

Under current law, the Courts view re-possession of a home on the grounds of mortgage arrears as a last resort. The Courts expect lenders to have offered a variety of assistance before they will grant a re-possession order.

However, ignoring the problem will make eviction from your home a certainty. Further, there may be no obligation on your local council to re-house you if you have become homeless due to your own negligence.
