This property is subject to a S106, you must be in housing need, and meet one of the following: a) Has immediately prior to allocation been ordinarily resident within Aiskew & Bedale hinterland for a period of at least twelve months; or b)Has within the last five years prior to allocation been ordinarily resident in the Aiskew & Bedale hinterland for a period of at least three years; or c) Has immediately prior to allocation a mother, father, son or daughter or some other relative or carer approved in writing by the Councils Housing Services Manager who has been ordinarily resident in the Aiskew or Bedal hinterland for at least twelve months; or d) Has immediately prior to the allocation has some other close relative or person giving or receiving care to or from the applicant ( the relationship to have been approved in writing by Councils Housing Services Manager) who has been ordinarily resident in the Aiskew or Bedal hinterland for at least twelve months; or e) Has immediately prior to such allocation been in permanent employment in the Aiskew & Bedale hinterland for at least 12 months or is taking up permanent employment in the Aiskew & Bedale hinterland. If no such applicants meet the above criteria, then the criteria will extend to cover the Hambelton locality, applicants must meet one of the above criteria to qualify. Payment of a week’s/month’s rent in advance is required prior to letting. Further checks will be carried out on the successful applicants. .
