Housing associations provide affordable housing for rent across the NYHC partnership area and many of their properties are advertised through North Yorkshire Home Choice
Landlords who allocate 100% of their available properties through NYHC allocations scheme are referred to as Participating Landlords.
Landlords who allocate some of their properties by way of nominations and who operate their own allocations policy are referred to as Associated Landlords.
