A 2 bed house on the outskirts of Northallerton. This property is subject to a S106. To be eligible you must be in housing need and satisfy the following criteria: a)Be ordinarily a resident in the parishes of Northallerton or Romanby for a period of at least the last 12 months or; b)Have been ordinarily resident in the parishes of Northallerton or Romanby for 5 out of the last 10 years or; c)Have a mother, father, adult son or adult daughter or some other close relative or carer approved by Hambleton District Council who have ordinarily been a resident in Northallerton or Romanby for a period of at least 12 months or; d)Are permanently employed in Northallerton or Romanby or are taking up permanent employment within the next 3 months or; e)Have some other close relative or person giving or receiving care ( the relationship between the parties to be approved by Hambleton District Council who have ordinarily been a resident for at least 12 months.
