A 2 bed house on the Sowerby Gateway development in Sowerby. Please note NO commercial vehicles, campervans or caravans to be parked at the front of the property. This property is subject to a S106, to be eligible for this property you must satisfy the following criteria: a)Be ordinarily a resident in the Thirsk Hinterland for a period of at least 12 months or b)Has been a resident in the Thirsk Hinterland for 5 out of the last 10 years or c)Have a mother , father adult son or adult daughter who have been a resident in the Thirsk Hinterland for at least 12 months or d)Is permanently employed in the Thirsk Hinterland for at least 6 months or; e)Have some other relative or person giving or receiving care from the applicant (the relationship between these parties having been approved in writing by the council) who have been ordinarily resident in the Thirsk Hinterland. Preference will be given to applicants where assessed bedroom need would mean that all bedrooms are fully occupied, if no such applicants satisfy this criteria, then we will consider all other applicants.
