A 2-bed house. To be qualify for this property you must be in housing need and satisfy the following: 1. Have been ordinarily resident in Rillington for at least 3 years and/or; 2. Be permanently employed in Rillington for at least 3 years. 3. If no such applicants satisfy the above criteria, then we would consider applicants who have lived in an adjoining parish to Rillington for a period of 3 years 4. If no such applicants satisfy any of the above, then we consider applicants that have been ordinarily resident in the Ryedale District for a period of at least 3 years.
