This property is subject to a S106, applicants must meet one of the following: Be currently a resident of Stokesley for a period of at least 12 months or; Have within the last 10 years been ordinarily a resident in Stokesley for at least 5 years or; Have a mother, father, son or daughter or some other relative or carer approved in writing by the district council and has ordinarily been a resident in Stokesley for at least 12 months or Be permanently employed in Stokesley for at least 6 months.
