We have 4x3 bed houses available on the Gatherley Road Development, Brompton on Swale. These properties are due for completion in late September/early October 2025. Please note that the completion date is subject to Broadacres obtaining the property back from the developer and may be subject to change. These properties are subject to a S106, to qualify you must be in housing need and satisfy one of the following criteria; a) Have been ordinarily resident within the Richmonshire Locality for period of at least 12 months or; b) Have been ordinarily resident within the Richmonshire Locality or 5 out of the last 10 years or; c) Have a mother, father, son or daughter who has been a ordinarily Richmonshire Locality resident in for a period of 12 months or; d) Has been permanently employed in the Richmonshire Locality for 6 months or is taking up employment in the Richmonshire Locality or; e) Has a close family connections in the Richmonshire Locality or f) Have some other relative or person giving or receiving care to or from the applicant (the relationship must be approved in writing by the local authority) and must have been a resident in the Richmonshire Locality for a period of 12 months. Payment of a month’s rent in advance is required prior to letting. Further checks will be carried out on the successful applicants.
