Conflict of Interest when assessing applications 

 Applications where there is a conflict of interest

Where there is an identified or perceived conflict of interest between the applicant and partner landlord administering their application, an alternative partner landlord may be asked to process the application in order to ensure fairness and impartiality. In these situations, the transfer of application would be agreed with the applicant and Senior Officers of both organisations.
