We have 2x2 bed houses on the new Aspen Way development in Slingsby. These properties are due for completion mid to late June. Please note that the completion date is subject to Broadacres obtaining the property back from the developer and may be subject to change. This property is subject to a S106, you must be in housing need and satisfy one of the following: a) Be ordinarily resident within the parish of Slingsby for a period of at least 3 years; or b) Is a key worker; or c) Have a mother, father, son or daughter who has ordinarily been resident in the parish of Slingsby for at least 3 years; or d) Be permanently employed in the parish of Slingsby for at least 3 years. If no such applicants meet the above criteria, we will consider the following: a)Be ordinarily resident in any of the following parishes – Barton le Street, Coneysthorpe, South Holme, Fryton or Hovingham for 12 months or; who has a close family connection within any of the parishes or; b) If no such person qualifies under the above sub paragraph (a) then a person who has ordinarily been resident in the for District of Ryedale for a period of at least 3 years Payment of a month’s rent in advance is required prior to letting.
