We have 2x2 bed houses on the Hedgerow development in Kirkby Malzeard These properties are due for completion in late July/early August 2026. Please note that the completion date is subject to Broadacres obtaining the property back from the developer and may be subject to change. To qualify you must satisfy one of the following criteria; a) Be ordinarily a resident within Ripon West Villages for a period of at least 12 months or; b) Has within the last 5 years been ordinarily resident within Ripon West Villages for at least 3 years or; c)Has a mother, father, son or daughter or some other relative approved in writing by the District Council who has ordinarily been a resident in Ripon West Villages for at least 12 months or; d) Be permanently employed in Ripon West Villages for a period of 6 months or be taking up permanent employment within the next 3 months.
