We have a 2 bedroom house available at The Weald, Easingwold development for families with 1-2 children. Rent charge subject to up to date rent assessment. The property is subject to a Section 106 planning restriction, to be eligible you must be in housing need and satisfy the following criteria: a) Be currently a resident of Easingwold Hinterland for a period of at least 12 months or; b) Have within the last 10 years been ordinarily a resident in Easingwold Hinterland for at least 5 years or; c) Have a mother, father, son or daughter or some other relative or carer approved in writing by the district council and has ordinarily been a resident in Easingwold hinterland for at least 12 months or d) Be permanently employed in Easingwold Hinterland for at least 6 out of the last 12 months or is taking up permanent employment in the Easingwold Hinterland Further checks will be carried out on the successful applicants, a Housing need to move is also required.
