All applicants will be required to have a local connection to the parish of Stokesley or Stokesley hinterlands, Carlton, Crathorne, Easby, Faceby, Great & Little Broughton, Great Ayton,Great Busby, Hutton Rudby, Ingleby Arncliffe, Ingleby Greenhow, Kirkby, Little Ayton, Middleton-on-Leven, Newby, Picton, Potto, Rudby, Seamer, Sexhow, Skutterskelfe, Whorlton by a) currently live in Stokesley or surrounding hinterlands and have been resident for at least 12 months; or b) has regular permanent full time or part time employment with a company or organisation based within Stokesley or Stokesley hinterlands or c) where employment requires that person to be located within the area; and have a proven history of successfully managing their existing or previous tenancy or home.
