A 1 bed house in Boroughbridge, Subject to S106. Applicants must meet one of the following criteria: Has lived in the area for at least 2 years, or; has close family who have lived in the area for at least 5 years, or; has previously lived in the area for at least 10 years, or; is employed in the area for at least 16 hours per week for a minimum of 12 months. The connection area consists of Boroughbridge, Cundall with Leckby, Ellenthorpe, Humberton, Kirkby Hill, Langthorpe, Milby, Newby with Mulwith, Norton-le-Clay, Roecliffe, Skelton on Ure, Thornton Bridge or Westwick. If no such applicants meet the above criteria we may consider applicants with a connection to the former Harrogate District. Applicants should be able to demonstrate successful tenancy history, excellent conduct of current or previous tenancies with no record of housing debt, anti social behaviour or housing management issues. Offers will be made at landlord’s discretion and subject to additional verification checks. Payment of a months rent in advance is required prior to letting.
