To express an interest on an advertised property you will need to be registered and hold an active application with North Yorkshire Home Choice.

Properties are advertised from Thursday to Tuesday and you can place a bid on up to 3 properties each week that meet your assessed needs.  Just remember to check the advert details to make sure that you meet any specific advertised criteria.
