Maple Creek is a sheltered housing scheme of 32 self-contained one bedroomed flats for residents of 60 years of age or older not far from the Market Square in Masham.  There is a shared common room and sitting room, a fully adapted bathroom, laundry facilities, and a hairdressing salon where a local hairdresser offers appointments.  There is a mixture of smaller flats that would be ideal for a single person and larger flats that would suit a couple.  The flats all have an emergency warden call system which is monitored 24 hours. The North Yorkshire Council Housing Allocations Consultation closed on December 17th and we would like to thank those North Yorkshire Home Choice applicants and wider stakeholders for taking part. The results of the consultation and all comments received are currently being reviewed 

North Yorkshire Home Choice will be operating an extended bidding period over the christmas holidays. Available properties will be advertised from Thursday 21st of December until Tuesday 2nd January 2024
